Return & Refund policy

 

When the Buyer orders an item on our website, the Buyer is debited from its credit card. The Buyer will benefit from our money protection as the transfer will only occur at full acceptance by the Buyer of the purchased item.

When the order is delivered, the Buyer has 2 days to confirm the acceptance of the item. At the Buyer acceptance, the Seller will automatically be paid. If after 2 days, the Buyer has not confirmed the delivery on his customer account, the Seller will automatically be paid.

Cases illegible to refuse an item within the 2 days delay:

  • The item does not fit.
  • The item does not match with the pictures and description
  • The item has stains or holes
  • The item has not been delivered
  • The item has been damaged in transit

 

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Buyer has 2 days from the date of the delivery for canceling the sale.
  • The Buyer must not have confirmed the delivery
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • If original brand packaging was delivered with the purchase, the Buyer must return it.
  • If the item came with accessories, all accessories must be returned.

 

Important: Form the date of the return request, the Buyer will have 3 days to return the item. If within these 3 days the item is not returned, the Buyer’s order will be confirmed, and the Seller will be paid.

Who pays the return fees?

For every delivery with our partner Century Express, return is free.

 

Refund conditions

 

To be eligible for a refund

  • The Buyer has 2 days from the delivery date to claim a refund
  • The Buyer must not have confirmed the delivery
  • The Buyer needs to proceed to the return in the 3 days following the return claim
  • The Seller needs to confirm the return and the item conditions following our return policy.

 

The refund will appear on your bank account within 3 open calendar days. It might take a bit longer, depending on your bank.
